These guidelines aim to prevent AT Worthy and the Digital Worthiness trademarks from being used to mislead or confuse anyone looking for the digital rating and the digital worthiness resources.

We want to promote the legitimate use of Digital Rating, but we reserve the right to take action against anyone who misuses any trademark or uses it without authorization.

If you'd like to use AT Worthy trademarks for reasons other than those listed below, please ask for our authorization by contacting us via the contact form at the bottom of this page.

Use Without Advance Authorization

You can use AT Worthy Technology trademarks to:

  • Truthfully represent any entity's Digital Rating obtained through the AT Worthy rating system.
  • Report news or information about AT Worthy, the Digital Rating, or the Digital Worthiness.
  • Link to our sites.
